Attendance - if your child is absent text 021 11 333 99
All children should be at school by 8:30 am but not before 8:00 am. When children arrive late it is disruptive for them, the teacher and the rest of the class.
The Ministry of Education considers all holiday travel either within New Zealand or overseas to be unjustified absence. Please try to avoid holidays during term time to ensure the best education for your child can continue.
As a 'Health Promoting School' we receive a piece of free fruit and a carton of milk for each child each day. In special circumstances we also have ‘Eat My Lunch’ provisions for children who come to school without lunch.
We do not sell food.
FOR INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS ONLY (YEARS 7 AND 8)
The uniform is worn in preparation towards going to college. The uniform is compulsory and can be purchased from 'The Warehouse' Airport shopping Centre, John Goulter Drive, Mangere. Please wear sensible black or white footwear with the uniform and any clothing worn beneath the uniform must be dark blue or black.
NO HOODIES ALLOWED
Stationery - Resource Pack
Resource packs are available for purchase from our school office. Price includes shared equipment, device usage and technicraft for all students.
- All packs cost $35.00 per child. (CASH ONLY)
Our school works extremely hard to find financial assistance to support our teachers in providing a quality education. By drawing on outside support and funding initiatives we are able to provide the resources we need without charging our families.
We DO NOT charge school fees.
If your child needs to take medication at school, we will need you to sign a permission slip allowing us to administer the medication to your child. All the medication will be kept in the sickbay. It is not our policy to administer non-prescription medicine to students at school.
Please inform us if your child has a medical problem and the severity of the problem. We are particular concerned to know about children who have asthma or are allergic to stings, food or medicine.
